About Weavernote

Weavernote is a note-taking workspace for capturing ideas, organizing source material, connecting notes, and returning to what you have learned.

What you can do

Organize notes into notebooks and folders, link related notes, and explore those connections in a knowledge graph. AI Studio can use selected notes to create summaries, flashcards, quizzes, concept maps, and conversations. Audio and Visual Digest offer additional ways to review selected content.

Where you can use it

Weavernote runs in a web browser and can be installed as a Progressive Web App where the browser supports installation. An Android version is available on Google Play. On iPhone or iPad, use the web app or add it to the home screen through Safari.

Syncing, transcription, and AI processing require network access. Installing the app does not make every feature available offline.

Note storage and AI processing

Note bodies are encrypted in the browser before saving and decrypted there when read. This encryption is based on account information; note titles and organizational metadata are handled separately. It is not a guarantee that only the account holder can decrypt stored content.

When you use an AI feature, relevant readable content is sent to the application’s server functions and AI providers for processing. Transcription and document analysis also submit the source material for the operation you request. Keep this in mind when deciding what material to use with these features.

Review generated results against your source notes. The Privacy page explains account data and processing, and the FAQ covers common product questions.
